01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and xk777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the xk777 website, mobile application and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on xk777, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform, including sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer games, mobile app usage, promotional offers and all payment transactions carried out in PKR.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an xk777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

xk777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued ID. Accounts where identity cannot be verified may be suspended and withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of the verification process.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements above. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms.

03 Account Responsibilities

Your xk777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where activity results directly from a verifiable platform security failure on xk777's part.

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — secure and do not share them with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your xk777 account.
• Only one account is permitted per player. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Notify xk777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including phone number and email address, remain current and accurate. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay account recovery, bonus claims and withdrawals.

xk777 is not liable for losses incurred due to your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you share your login details voluntarily and another person uses your account, this remains your responsibility under these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xk777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets where indicated

Deposits are typically credited to your xk777 balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. xk777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network or bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is complete. xk777 strongly recommends completing identity verification as early as possible — ideally before placing your first bet — so that your first withdrawal is not delayed after a win. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may take up to several business days in exceptional circumstances.

xk777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of significant amounts, or where unusual activity is detected on an account, before processing the payment. Any winnings associated with a bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the xk777 cashier section at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time.

05 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on xk777 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and displayed for that particular bet.
• xk777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the published odds.
• In-play bets on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and other Pakistan-related fixtures — are accepted subject to live data availability. xk777 may temporarily suspend in-play markets during interruptions such as rain delays, DRS reviews or other stoppages.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Casino games — including slots, table games and live dealer titles — are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the respective game suppliers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game's information section.
• Live casino sessions, once started with a real wager, cannot be reversed. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing real-money bets.
• xk777 accepts no responsibility for bets placed from an unstable internet connection. If connectivity is lost mid-bet or during a live casino hand, the bet stands as recorded in xk777's system at the point of disconnection.

Winnings are automatically credited to your xk777 PKR balance once the relevant event is settled. For cricket matches, settlement occurs after the official result is confirmed — including any DLS method adjustments in rain-affected matches.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

xk777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a valid, verified xk777 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly within each offer.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and form part of your xk777 balance once the qualifying conditions (such as a minimum deposit) are met.
• Free bet credits can be used to place bets but do not form part of a withdrawable balance directly. Only winnings generated from free bets (after any applicable wagering requirement) are withdrawable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• xk777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered will typically be honoured under the terms that applied when the offer was accepted.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — for example through hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds regardless of outcome — may have their bonus cancelled and associated winnings forfeited.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

xk777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance and winnings:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets without direct manual input from the registered account holder.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from a manifest error in odds or game software will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets on casino games or sports markets to exploit bonus offers or guarantee outcomes.
• Any activity connected with match-fixing, spot-fixing or inside information relating to the result of a cricket match, PSL fixture, football game or any other event listed on xk777.
• Opening accounts under false names, with stolen identity documents or on behalf of another person.
• Chargeback abuse — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets or collecting winnings.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the xk777 platform for any financial activity beyond personal entertainment betting.

xk777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities when legally required to provide information about accounts involved in suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. Accounts subject to such investigations may be frozen pending the outcome of the enquiry.

08 Privacy & Data

xk777 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and platform use — including your name, contact details, payment information and betting history — for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud and improving the platform experience.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Set a budget: Only ever bet what you can comfortably afford to lose. Never chase losses by depositing more than planned.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

xk777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a prolonged period may be flagged as dormant. xk777 will notify you by the contact details on record before any dormancy fees or closures are applied.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited at xk777's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

xk777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

• xk777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in third-party payment processing.
• xk777 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet, regardless of the outcome.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds or game outcomes, xk777 reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.
• xk777's total liability to any individual player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in respect of that incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits xk777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

xk777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by email or an in-platform notification — with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the xk777 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any update to these Terms, you may request account closure before the changes take effect and any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you.
